Abstract


The advance of technology has enforced companies to do new practice of marketing and business. Internet, as a part of it, has dramatically reshaped market and business. The pattern of life has gradually changed since the invention of internet technology. Business has adpoted internet ever since that supported e-business system. The use of e-business is one of company efforts to enhance competitive power trough many benefits it gives, such as operational cost efficiency, faster market reach, and wider business area. Many Indonesian companies has to prepare themselves with e-business tools as the new part of their relationship pattern with their customers, suppliers, and even their employees. This is in line with the hard challenge of competition they face, particulary in the era of free market we are in now.
