Abstract

Spam calls are crimes that harm smartphone
users a lot. In handling spam calls, smartphone users usually use
the blacklisting feature or use a special application designed to
prevent spam calls. however, there is still little research that
discusses satisfaction, convenience, and effectiveness from the
perspective of smartphone users. In this paper will analyze the
effectiveness, satisfaction, and ease of using blacklisting and
special applications. This paper is made based on the
perspective of smartphone users. The survey method was used to
