The Journal of Islamic Law on Digital Economy and Business (JILDEB) is an academic journal published by the Center for Islamic Economic Studies and Development (P3EI), Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Islam Indonesia. JILDEB is established as a scholarly platform to explore the intersection of Islamic law with the evolving digital economy and contemporary business practices. The rapid growth of digital technologies, fintech, e-commerce, and halal digital platforms demands critical reflection from a Sharia-compliant perspective. In response to these transformations, JILDEB aims to bridge the gap between classical Islamic jurisprudence and modern economic realities. The publication seeks to promote research that integrates Islamic legal frameworks with innovative digital business models. Its objectives include encouraging discourse on ethical governance, Islamic digital finance, smart contracts, data protection, and halal consumer behavior in the digital era. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, JILDEB aspires to contribute to both theoretical advancements and practical solutions for policymakers and industry practitioners. The journal is also committed to supporting the development of a just and inclusive digital economy and business rooted in Islamic ethical values.
