Karakteristik Fisikokimia Panel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) dari Komposit Beton-Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS)

Abstract

The research about physic-chemistry of fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) panel made of concrete-oil palm fiber composites has been conducted. The research yield show that density of fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) panel was linearly going down as much as oil palm fiber added. Besides, the fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) panel was tested in burning to know its fireproof characteristic. The research yield show that fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) panel was not burned and its temperature rate was 55-60 oC so it is classified in quality 2 panel. Thermal isolator and stabilizer effect was also studied to know how it could reduce thermal in site room because of sunlight out site room. The research yield show that fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) panel was able to reduce thermal in site room because of sunlight out site room like polynomial model. It means that fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) panel has specific oil palm fiber composition.
