Abstract
Sejumlah penelitian secara konsisten menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perundungan di lingkungan kerja (workplace bullying) terhadap stres kerja (job stress) pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh perundungan di lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan baru yang bekerja di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang meminta partisipan mengisi kuesioner secara online. Sebanyak 213 orang berpartisipasi menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Responden diukur perundungan di lingkungan kerja yang dialami menggunakan Negative Acts Questionnare-Revised (NAQ-R) dan stres kerja yang dialami menggunakan Job Stress Scales (JSS). Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan perundungan di lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja partisipan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh perundungan di lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan baru di Jakarta.
