Abstract
Kondisi Pandemik mengharuskan pegawai untuk bekerja secara WFH. Penelitian terdahulu mengenai efek dari WFH adalah motivasi kerja menurun, komunikasi kerja menjadi tidak baik serta keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan tidak terpenuhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode korelasi. Subjek berjumlah 190 Pegawai WFH Instansi Swasta dan Negeri di Surakarta berusia 20-40 tahun yang diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja, dukungan keluarga, motivasi kerja serta keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan. Data di analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda pada SPSS 16.0. Diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, dukungan keluarga, motivasi kerja dengan keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan pada Pegawai WFH dan besar sumbangan variabel adalah 53,3%. Secara parsial tidak ditemukan hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya untuk mewujudkan keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan Pegawai dengan memperhatikan kepuasan kerja dan juga dukungan keluarga.
