Abstract
MIKEO (Manajemen Interpersonal Kelompck Efektif Objektil) ada/ah sebuah gagasan intervensi bagi peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini  diasumsikan pendekatan MIKED berpengaruh secara positif terhadap peningkatkan produktivitas  kerja karyawan. Penefitian ini melibatkan 300subjek penelitian, yang terdiri atas karyawan perusahaan besar berstatus BUMN yang berjumlah  180 orang dan karyawan perusahaan kecil berstatus BUMS yang berjumlah 120  or ang, keduanya di Jawa Timur.  Hasif penefitlan mengungkapkan bahwa karyawan yang dikenai perlakuan MIKED menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas kerja yang Jebih tinggi dibandingkan karyawan yang tidak
dikenai MIKED.
