Abstract
Studi meta-analisis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil-hasil penelitian yang tidak searah tentang hubungan antara efikasi diri (self efficacy) dan unjuk kerja (performance) dan bahkan kadang-kadang terdapat bukti yang berlawanan. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengintegrasikan hasil-hasil penelitian tentang hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan unjuk kerja yang sangat bervariasi. Hasil Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan unjuk kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata koefisien korelasi terbobot sebesar 0,375 yang berada pada daerah interval kepercayaan 95%, yakni -0,055 < r < 0,945.
