https://journal.uii.ac.id/ajie/article/view/35618

MSME is a productive business, generally carried out by individuals or cer-tain business entities in the economic sector. In the tourism sector, MSMEs are small to medium sized businesses that focus on providing tourism related products and services. This study aims to identify the extent to which the perspective of the Service-Dominant Logic concept has been applied in tourism MSMEs in the Toba Region, especially Lapo Toba MSMEs, and to determine the effect of Business Model Canvas in implementing service de-sign to improve MSME performance. In this study, customers are considered as actors, so value co-creation variables are used in the services provided by tourism MSME players, so it is necessary to understand the satisfaction and demand from customers for the services provided by tourism MSME players in the Toba Region.
Ambar SimanungkalitMariana Simanjuntak

https://journal.uii.ac.id/ajie/article/view/35226

In Indonesia, online food delivery (OFD) services consist of 2 (two) types, namely OFD by Platform and OFD by restaurant apps. Data shows that users of OFD by restaurant apps are ahead year-on-year compared to OFD by Platform users. This proves that although these 2 (two) types of applications are in the same industry and provide the same service, namely online food delivery (OFD), they still have differences that are influenced by certain factors. The study aims to analyze differences in Purchase Intention on Platform-Based Online food delivery Applications (Go food, Grab food and Shopee food) and Restaurant (KFCKU, Pizza Hut Indonesia and McDelivery) by involving Online Customer Review variables, sales promotion, and Website Quality as well as the intervening variable e-trust. This research was conducted with 100 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods and path analysis tests. The results in this study explain that there is a direct influence between Online Customer Review (X1) and Website Quality (X3) on E-Trust (Z) in the OFD by Platform application and the OFD by restaurant application. In OFD by Platform, there is no direct influence between Sales Promotion (X2) and Website Quality (X3) on Purchase Intention (Y). In OFD by restaurant, there is no direct influence between Online Customer Review (X1) and Sales Promotion (X2) on Purchase Intention (Y). In addition, there is an indirect influence between Online Customer Review (X1) and Website Quality (X3) on Purchase Intention (Y) through E-Trust (Z).
Bambang Eko SamionoRamadhanty Pratiwi

https://journal.uii.ac.id/ajie/article/view/34843

Honey is a food product produced by bees. Honey is obtained by separating the liquid honey from the beehive. At the Gubuk Lanceng Magelang farm, honey is still squeezed manually, which is squeezed by hand, so the honey obtained is not optimal and the propolis produced is irregular. The purpose of this study was to design a honey squeezer that could squeeze the hornet's nest while printing propolis into pieces by using a screw mechanism for the pressing process. The honey squeezer is made based on several criteria such as corrosion resistance, easy operation, easy cleaning, capable of printing propolis, and affordable prices for UMKM. The design includes the design and manufacture of components which include the frame, filter tube, container, turning lever, and pressure plate. The capacity of this tool itself is 4 kg. In testing the tool using a honeycomb weighing 300 grams and testing for 3 trials, the test results show that the honey squeezer can work better than hand squeezing. The test results show the efficiency of the honey squeezer is 45% compared to the hand squeeze which is only 29.5%. The resulting form of propolis also has the same shape and size as each other.
Rahmat RizaTri Setiyo PutroParyana Puspaputra
