Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko ergonomi pada pekerja bagian ironing di PT ABC serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mengurangi potensi gangguan muskuloskeletal dan meningkatkan kualitas produksi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Nordic Body Map (NBM), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), dan Quick Exposure Check (QEC). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pekerja bagian ironing dengan total 6 orang, di mana 4 pekerja dianalisis menggunakan NBM dan QEC, serta 1 pekerja dianalisis menggunakan REBA sebagai representasi postur kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja berada pada tingkat risiko ergonomi sedang hingga tinggi. NBM mengindikasikan adanya keluhan dominan pada lengan bawah, pergelangan tangan, dan bahu, sedangkan REBA menunjukkan postur kerja yang belum ergonomis dan memerlukan perbaikan. QEC menunjukkan tingkat paparan risiko tinggi yang membutuhkan tindakan segera. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh postur kerja statis, aktivitas repetitif, durasi kerja panjang, serta ketidaksesuaian target produksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan desain kerja, pengaturan waktu kerja, dan peningkatan lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil produksi.
