<p><span lang="EN-US">“Khazanah: Jurnal Mahasiswa” merupakan platform publikasi jurnal yang mulai diresmikan pada tahun 2009. Jurnal Khazanah diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan Kemahasiswaan (DPK) Universitas Islam Indonesia yang bekerjasama dengan Kelompok Studi Laboratorium Mahasiswa (LabMa) Universitas Islam Indonesia. Jurnal Khazanah telah terverifikasi pada Online Journal System (OJS) dibawah naungan jounal.uii.ac.id sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal Khazanah telah rutin menerbitkan jurnal dalam 1-2 edisi per tahun. Karya yang diterbitkan merupakan suatu hasil penelitian orisinil atau tinjauan Pustaka yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa. <p>This study describes the application of sharia economic principles in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This business is a type of business that is growing rapidly in the current era of society, which includes various specific business fields. MSMEs have an important role in addressing the issues of unemployment and poverty. They are also the backbone of the economy that is widely run by the community, especially in the sale of iced tea in Wonocolo District, Surabaya. These MSMEs play a very important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in addressing the issues of unemployment and poverty. This study aims to explore how sharia economic principles can be applied in MSME business practices that are not only oriented towards financial gain but also sustainability and justice. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative. Through interviews, 10 MSME actors became the research subjects. The results show that MSME players in Wonocolo Sub-district have applied sharia principles such as justice, business ethics, and social responsibility, integrated in their operations. In addition, it has been found that the application of sharia economic principles helps improve competitiveness and sustainability for entrepreneurs, as well as providing social benefits for the surrounding community. So it can be concluded that the application of Islamic economic principles can be a solution to face the challenges in an increasingly competitive and complex business world.</p>karina aulia khurun inKurnia Via MaresetoMoh. <p><em>This study aims to determine how the implementation of Human Rights Education (HAM) and National Character Education at Mutiara Persada Junior High School. This research applies a qualitative approach through descriptive research, data collected through interviews, direct observation of teachers, and documentation of student activities. The results showed that Mutiara Persada Junior High School has successfully integrated human rights education and national character education effectively. This implementation is done through integration in the official curriculum, the implementation of various out-of-class activities, and the cultivation of positive values in students' daily activities. The school environment that facilitates inclusiveness and the application of contextual approaches have proven to be important elements in the success of student character building. However, this study also found some challenges, especially with regard to internalizing values deeply and maintaining consistency in the implementation of character education programs. <p><em>The early retirement policy for Coal-Fired Power Plants (PLTU) is a strategic step in Indonesia's energy transition towards a more sustainable future. This policy aims to reduce dependency on fossil fuels by accelerating the shift to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions. However, this policy presents significant challenges to national energy security and its implications on socio-economic development, particularly in regions heavily reliant on coal-fired power plants. This study aims to evaluate the early retirement policy for PLTU in the context of energy transition and analyze its implications on energy security and socio-economic development in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis based on data from official sources and related literature. The findings show that while this policy can accelerate the transition to cleaner energy, its implementation requires careful planning, strengthening renewable energy infrastructure, and addressing socio-economic impacts on coal sector workers. Furthermore, the policy needs to be supported by clear regulations and inclusive social policies to ensure a fair and sustainable energy transition. The study concludes that the early retirement policy for PLTU can contribute to sustainable energy development, as long as it is accompanied by mitigation measures that consider energy security and socio-economic well-being.</em></p>M. <p><em>This study investigates the leadership characteristics of Generation Z (Gen Z), particularly within higher education settings, from an educational psychology perspective. The importance of this research stems from Gen Z's distinct leadership style, which often coexists with emotional volatility and mental development challenges. The primary objective is to identify Gen Z's leadership characteristics and unveil the psychological factors in the educational domain that contribute to their leadership effectiveness. To this end, the research applies Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic framework. The methodology employs a descriptive qualitative approach supported by a comprehensive literature review. Data were gathered from scholarly publications and reliable sources, using keywords such as "Gen Z leadership," "educational psychology," and "Freudian psychoanalysis." Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, integrating literature findings with Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The research findings are expected to present a comprehensive overview of Gen Z's leadership dynamics, including their strengths and inherent limitations. <p><em>Diabetes mellitus (DM), a disease with a rising global prevalence, has created a significant economic and social problem, which has placed a financial burden on Indonesia’s National Health Insurance. Despite the widespread prevalence, public awareness regarding complications from DM remains low which has caused an inadequate adoption of healthy lifestyle practices, such as regular blood sugar monitoring. The aim of this study is to develop effective health promotion strategies by involving health students who will take responsibility schools in the surrounding area, through programs integrated with regular health technology introductions. This pre-experimental study uses a one-group pre-test-post-test design to assess changes in students' knowledge and attitudes toward DM and daily blood sugar management using technology, based on a survey administered before and after the intervention. The results showed that the role of health students in educating others about DM and daily blood sugar management, supported by the use of technology such as mobile applications or AI-based tools can increase the knowledge of students at each level: elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school. Enhancing knowledge regarding diabetes mellitus, particularly in blood sugar level management, can help prevent the onset of DM and mitigate its complications, which can contribute to decreasing its prevalence.
