This activity is driven by the importance of women’s roles in supporting household income through creative businesses based on local potential, such as utilising fabric scraps and traditional food ingredients. The training was conducted at the PKK Hall of RT 01 RW 05 Dukuh Plosowangi Wetan, involving 27 PKK members. The method used in this community service activity was Participatory Action Research (PAR), consisting of observation, action (material delivery and practice), and active participation from the participants. The training focused on making scrunchies from fabric scraps and molten cassava balls using natural materials available in the surrounding environment. The results showed that the training ran successfully, as seen from the participants’ enthusiasm and their improved skills in producing both products. The average evaluation score given by participants reached 4.20 on a scale of 1 to 5. Interestingly, one of the participants had already implemented the training results by producing and selling molten cassava balls through a consignment system at nearby stores. This activity has had a positive impact in terms of enhancing skills, boosting entrepreneurial spirit, and raising awareness about utilising waste and local materials for creative business. The training is expected to be a catalyst for the growth of micro-home enterprises within the village community.
2025-11-12T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Noor Laila Safitri, Riska Tri Oktaviani, Nabila Putri Syaharani, Anisa Nur Laila, Fahri Sirajuddin Ahsan, Gian Cahyaningrum, Ika Marsandra Putri, Ilham Risky Romadhon, Nafisah Nur Aini, Nuur Laelatul Janah, Ridwan Mahfudz Rifa’i, Tsalitsa Nuruzzain, Umi Saidah, Mokhamad Azis Aji Abdilah https://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/43311 Aktivasi Media Sosial PT Tourezia Cakra Inspira untuk Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Pengguna 2025-11-17T06:25:13+00:00 Aurell Salsa Guantantya [email protected] Istyakara Muslichah [email protected]
This community service activity was carried out by students and lecturers from the Management Study Program at the Islamic University of Indonesia in collaboration with PT Tourezia Cakra Inspira. The background to this activity is the importance of utilizing social media in supporting a company's digital marketing strategy, particularly in the travel and event organizer business sector, which relies on visual content and interaction with audiences. Financial literacy is an essential competency that should be instilled early to build responsible and independent individuals. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation stage included delivering fundamental financial concepts, simulating personal budgeting, and practicing simple saving activities. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding and awareness of financial management. Students began to differentiate between needs and wants, allocate their pocket money more effectively, and set aside a portion for savings. The evaluation phase revealed positive changes in financial behavior and the development of basic life skills in money management. This program demonstrates that Islamic boarding schools can play a strategic role in embedding financial literacy and fostering students’ financial independence, preparing them to face future economic challenges.
2025-11-12T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Fety Widianti Aptasari, Baiq Krisnina Maharani Putri, Ely Windarti Hastuti, Khairul Mujahidi, Satria Darmansyah, Rishan Adha, Feryansyah https://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/44511 Peningkatan Kualitas Manajemen Keuangan UMKM Melalui Literasi Keuangan dan Go-Digital 2025-11-17T06:25:09+00:00 Fajar Satriya Segarawasesa [email protected] Diska Arliena Hafni [email protected]
This activity was carried out to address the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at UKM Aliya, Dusun Gamol Balecatur, particularly the limited understanding of financial management. The main issue identified was the absence of separation between personal and business finances, which made it difficult for business owners to assess their financial performance objectively. To enhance financial management capabilities, a financial literacy training program was conducted, covering basic financial management concepts and the practical use of an Android-based accounting application for preparing financial statements. The application was chosen for its accessibility and user-friendly interface, making it suitable for small business operators. The training was implemented through educational sessions and direct mentoring, allowing participants to learn interactively. Based on the evaluation results, participants showed positive responses and improved understanding, although some still required continued guidance due to the limited mentoring time.
2025-11-17T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Fajar Satriya Segarawasesa; Diska Arliena Hafni https://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/44757 Branding Inklusif: Pemberdayaan UMKM Disabilitas melalui Workshop Storytelling dan Fotografi 2025-11-22T12:11:20+00:00 Ifah Rofiqoh [email protected] Erna Fitri Komariyah [email protected] Popi Andiyansari [email protected] Amrina Amar Ma'rifah [email protected] Fenti Novita Sari [email protected]
This community service program aims to boost the capacity of disabled SMEs in Malang Raya through mentoring in storytelling and product photography as a strategy to strengthen inclusive branding. The activity was implemented collaboratively by Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta (UTY) and Lingkar Sosial Indonesia (Linksos) at the Malang Creative Center, involving disabled MSMEs from Malang City, Batu City, and Malang Regency. The process followed a participatory approach, including planning, training, and evaluation stages. The evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments using 12 indicators of narrative and visual skills. The results showed a notable increase in the average Respondent Achievement Level from 3.63 (Good) before the training to 4.01 (Very Good) afterward. The most significant improvements appeared in photography skills and creating attractive product photos, reflecting participants’ better visual ability to present their products both aesthetically and communicatively. Overall, this training successfully improved the visual and narrative communication abilities of disabled SMEs participants, fostering more inclusive and competitive branding practices.
2025-11-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Ifah Rofiqoh, Erna Fitri Komariyah, Popi Andiyansari, Amrina Amar Ma'rifah, Fenti Novita Sari https://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/44681 Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku di Laven.Flo 2025-12-01T07:55:11+00:00 Nurfitrah [email protected] Suhandi [email protected] Zulfadli Yusuf [email protected] Nurul Maghfirah Surianto [email protected] Itsna Muflikhah [email protected]
This purpose of this community service activity is to implement a raw material inventory control system at Laven.flo, a micro-enterprise engaged in the production of wire-feather bouquets. The main issue identified is the unstructured inventory management, which often leads to stock surpluses or shortages, thereby disrupting production flow and reducing customer satisfaction. The implementation of this activity adopts a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving the business owner directly in all stages—from problem identification to evaluation. Methods employed include ABC analysis to classify raw materials based on usage value, weekly demand estimation based on historical production data, and the implementation of a simple spreadsheet-based inventory recording system. The results show that the system improves procurement efficiency, reduces storage costs, and minimizes the risk of production delays. Furthermore, the participatory approach enhances the owner's awareness of the importance of data-driven inventory management. Therefore, the system developed can serve as a practical and replicable model for other micro-enterprises with similar characteristics.
2025-12-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Nurfitrah, Suhandi, Zulfadli Yusuf, Nurul Maghfirah Surianto, Itsna Muflikhah
