Forensic accounting is a scheme that can be developed as a preventive, detective and persuasive strategy through the application of investigative audit procedures with a litigation nature aimed at producing various findings and evidence, so that they can be used in the decision-making process in court. Understanding forensic accounting and anti-fraud literacy is very important for the lazy generation because it will form anti-fraud integrity. Strengthening forensic accounting literacy and anti-fraud literacy is very necessary so that the lazy generation can understand the triggering factors, and effective internal control strategies to mitigate the risk of fraud in the financial sector. This community service was carried out on 4th October, 2024 at SMK Negeri 7 Serang City, by providing training and assistance on the introduction of forensic accounting and anti-fraud literacy for generation Z in Serang City. In this training, various knowledge and education have been provided in the form of basic concepts of forensic accounting, fraud theory, forensic audits, investigative audits and stages of anti-fraud literacy for the lazy generation. In today’s digital era, financial technology plays a crucial role for SMEs to remain competitive in a dynamic market. However, many SMEs, such as Daster Pekalongan (Deka Collection), still rely on conventional, manual financial recording, leading to inefficiencies and delayed decision-making processes. This community service project was designed to support Deka Collection in adopting an integrated financial application to improve financial literacy and enable accurate financial management. The method included structured steps: needs analysis, training module development, hands-on application training, field support, and evaluation. Through this approach, Deka Collection gained practical skills in cash flow management, report generation, and real-time transaction monitoring across e-commerce platforms. Post-implementation evaluations revealed improved efficiency, with time spent on financial recording halving from 10 hours to 5 hours per month, and error rates dropping from 15% to 3%. These outcomes demonstrate the positive impact of technology adoption in enhancing SME financial management, enabling more effective decision-making and greater market responsiveness. This initiative highlights the role of digital tools in bolstering business sustainability and economic resilience at the local level.
2024-12-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Khoirul Fatah, Teguh Purwantohttps://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/38588Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Bisnis untuk Kemajuan Ekonomi Lokal: Analisis SWOT pada Angkringan Asli Jogja, Kota Batu2025-01-22T07:54:51+00:00Nika Esti Rahayunikaesti@pnm.ac.idRosida Ibrahimrosidaibrahim@pnm.ac.idAsri Primasiwiasriprimasiwi@pnm.ac.id
This community service activity aims to analyze and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing MSME business management based on SWOT analysis. This community service was carried out on October 1-31, 2024 at Angkringan Asli Jogja, Batu City. The method used is discussion and mentoring with 6 stages of activities. This community service has resulted in the original Angkringan of Jogja having the potential for strengths in the form of an experienced and trained team, a varied and affordable menu and an efficient operational process. The weaknesses in this angkringan are the limited number of employees, product innovation that is still lacking, and financial management that is not optimal. Angkringan Asli Jogja has opportunities, namely increasing interest in local culinary and consumer trends that prioritize cheap food and culinary experiences. The threats that need to be considered for this angkringan are fierce competition in the culinary sector and rapid changes in consumer tastes. Based on the results of the satisfaction survey for this activity, it was obtained that 61% of the participants were very satisfied with the delivery of the material and the relevance of the strategic recommendations to the conditions of MSMEs, while 39% of the participants were satisfied with the Community Service activities carried out.
2025-01-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Nika Esti Rahayu, Rosida Ibrahim, Asri Primasiwihttps://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/36948Menekan Hama dan Menaikan Ekonomi Petani: Pembuatan Pestisida Nabati dari Kulit Bawang2024-12-09T09:12:12+00:00Raihana Abdul Aziz Baraba903120103@uii.ac.idReni Yendrawati903120103@uii.ac.id
The use of chemical pesticides in agriculture is often a quick and effective way to control pests, but it can have a negative impact on soil fertility and the environment. One of the proposed solutions is the production of plant-based pesticides from natural materials, such as shallot peel, which contain active pest repellents (OPTs). This programme aims to educate farmers in Ngargomulyo village, Tanen hamlet, on the importance of using organic materials and managing soil pH to improve the fertility of their farmland. The activity began with a land survey on 9 August, followed by soil pH testing using a pH meter in several rice fields in the village. The methods used included advice, mentoring and direct application of plant protection products to the farmland. The results of the programme showed that farmers in Tanen Hamlet gained a better understanding of the benefits of organic materials such as shallot skin in protecting crops from pests, as well as the importance of maintaining soil pH balance to remain fertile. In addition, by reducing the use of chemical pesticides, farmers can minimise negative impacts on the soil and the environment and reduce production costs. It is hoped that this programme will encourage farmers to use more natural materials in their farming activities in the future. This program can be developed into commercial product to be sold to other farmers, thereby increasing the added value of waste into products of economic value
2025-01-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Raihana Abdul Aziz Baraba, Reni Yendrawatihttps://journal.uii.ac.id/rla/article/view/36333Digital Skills Workshop for Adult: Mastering the Basics of Technology in the Digital Age2024-10-30T01:12:40+00:00Hera Khairunnisaherakhairunnisa@unj.ac.idGentiga Muhammad Zairingentigamuhammad@unj.ac.idSaparuddin Mukhtarsaparuddin@unj.ac.idPuji Wahonoherakhairunnisa@unj.ac.idMuhammad Edo Suryawan Siregaredosiregar@unj.ac.idShandy Adityashandy@unj.ac.idAnisa Putri Isnaini anisaputriisnaini22@gmail.comDwi Handarinidwihandarini@unj.ac.idCharlie Albert Lasuincalsbert@ums.edu.my
This program aimed to enhance digital awareness and literacy by equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills in navigating the digital environment.
