Abstract
Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam idealnya menjadi ruang pembentukan akhlak dan karakter mulia. Namun, berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik bullying masih terjadi di lingkungan pesantren dalam bentuk verbal, fisik, sosial, maupun cyberbullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku bullying santri di pondok pesantren melalui perspektif Teori Ekologi Bronfenbrenner. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) terhadap artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional terbitan tahun 2013–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh otoriter dan permisif berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya perilaku agresif dan kecenderungan bullying pada santri Sebaliknya, pola asuh demokratis (authoritative) berperan protektif dalam membentuk empati, kontrol diri, dan keterampilan sosial anak. Selain faktor keluarga, pengaruh teman sebaya dan budaya senioritas di pesantren turut memperkuat praktik bullying. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara orang tua dan pesantren dalam menerapkan pola asuh yang sehat serta pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam untuk mencegah bullying.
