Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum berbasis cinta pada materi Fiqih di MI Bustanul 'Ulum. Kurikulum berbasis cinta merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kasih sayang, empati, dan hubungan emosional yang positif antara guru dan peserta didik sebagai fondasi proses belajar-mengajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini yakni guru Fiqih MI Bustanul 'Ulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di MI Bustanul 'Ulum memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dan kepribadian yang cukup baik dalam menerapkan prinsip kurikulum berbasis cinta, meski masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam kompetensi profesional terkait pemahaman teoretis tentang kurikulum ini. Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi budaya madrasah yang religius, dukungan kepala madrasah, dan komunikasi yang harmonis antarwarga madrasah. Adapun faktor penghambat antara lain minimnya pelatihan khusus, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, dan beban administratif guru yang tinggi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan penyusunan modul ajar berbasis cinta yang kontekstual untuk pembelajaran Fiqih di tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah.
