Abstract
Reformation is a new jargon in Indonesian political discourse. Searching for a leader whas an intellectual integrity and moral ethics becomes somerhing lack. It is difficult to find a leader above mentioned. For that reason, for several decades the leaders of Indonesia tend to be corruption and nepotism. To solve the problem of leadership, it should be conducted to toward reformulating national leadership strategic. The solution is appreciate young generation, critical reason, leadership management and considering local wisdom.
