Abstract

Dampak dari krisis moneter belum tuntas hingga saat ini, terlihat dari permasalahan Indonesia yang tidak terlepas dari masalah kesejahteraan sosial. Salah satu kota yang memiliki masalah kesejahteraan sosial adalah Jakarta Barat. Peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan melihat gambaran secara umum masalah kesejahteraan di Jakarta Barat Masalah kesejahteraan yang tertinggi di kota Jakarta Barat adalah fakir miskin, lansia terlantar dan anak terlantar. Kecamatan yang memiliki masalah kesejahteraan sosial terkompleks selaras dengan jumlah penyandang terbanyak adalah kecamatan Kembangan. Sebaliknya untuk kecamatan yang memiliki masalah kesejahteraan dan jumlah penyandang yang sedikit adalah kecamatan Palmerah. Sehingga kecamatan yang perlu perhatian khusus untuk menangani masalah kesejahteraan sosial ini adalah kecamatan Kembangan. Peneliti juga menggunakan analisis cluster dengan pendekatan k-means, di mana Kelompok 1 yang terdiri dari 3 kecamatan yaitu Kembangan, Palmerah dan Grogol Petamburan. Kelompok 2 terdiri dari 2 kecamatan yaitu Kebon Jeruk dan Kalideres. Serta kelompok 3 terdiri dari 3 kecamatan yaitu Tambora, Tamansari dan Cengkareng.
