Abstract
Ketika wanita yang telah berkeluarga memilih untuk bekerja, idealnya ia dapat menyeimbangkan urusannya di dalam pekerjaan maupun keluarga. Work Life Balance adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menyatakan keadaan seseorang mampu merasakan keseimbangan dalam menjalani berbagai peran di dalam kehidupannya, serta minimnya konflik yang terjadi akibat peran ganda tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Work Life Balance pada wanita yang telah berkeluarga. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 2 orang yang sama-sama berkerja sebagai driver Ojek Syar’i di Yogyakarta. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisa coding. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek memiliki Work Life Balance yang berbeda. Perbedaan tersebut dapat terlihat dari indikator aspek yang menggambarkan Work Life Balance. Faktor-faktor lain seperti karakteristik pekerjaan, sikap penerimaan, dan kematangan emosi diduga mempengaruhi Work Life Balance subjek.
