Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mencari hubungan antara harapan key-in Rencana Akademik Semester (RAS) dan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Indonesia. Adapun hipotesis minor yang diajukan adalah untuk mencari tahu apakah jenis kelamin dan angkatan memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi belajar dan harapan key-in RAS. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala harapan key-in RAS yang berjumlah 15 aitem dan memiliki nilai alpha cronbach’s sebesar 0,798 dan skala motivasi belajar memiliki 31 aitem dengan nilai alpha cronbach’s sebesar 0,841. Subjek penelitian yang berpartisipasi adalah mahasiswa universitas dengan rentang usia 18-23 tahun. Total subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 110 mahasiswa. Subjek dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Analisis korelasi yang digunakan adalah product moment person correlation yang didukung oleh Statistic Pacakge for Service Solution (SPSS) 20. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel harapan key-in RAS memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi belajar dan jenis kelamin (r=0.273, p=0.004), (r=0.317, p=0.001), sedangkan variabel angkatan tidak memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi belajar, jenis, kelamin maupun harapan key-in RAS.
