Abstract
Latar Belakang: Platform Anglo merupakan layanan teman perjalanan berbasis web yang memberikan kemudahan untuk menentukan destinasi wisata yang dipersonalisasikan dengan kebutuhan dan pengalaman yang ingin didapatkan pengguna. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari alternatif terbaik dari beberapa alternatif destinasi wisata yang dimiliki sistem berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu dengan menggunakan model Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM). Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan studi kasus proyek pengembangan platform Anglo dan tinjauan pustaka yang berasal dari analisis dan sintesis berbagai sumber referensi jurnal full text dan buku tahun terbit maksimal 5 tahun terakhir melalui google scholar, google books, dan website. Hasil: Terdapat lima parameter utama di dalam sistem kerja FMADM yaitu alternatif, atribut, konflik antar kriteria, bobot, dan matrik keputusan. Parameter tersebut digunakan untuk mencari alternatif keputusan menggunakan metode simple additive weighting yang bekerja dengan menetapkan beberapa alternatif dan menentukan kriteria yang digunakan sebagai acuan pengambilan keputusan. Proses terakhir, menghitung nilai preferensi untuk setiap alternatif. Nilai preferensi terbesar mengindikasikan alternatif terbaik. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima alternatif yang disediakan diantaranya, paket 7 hari bersama Labuan Bajo, paket wisata Kawah Ijen, paket kemah 3 hari di Ranu Kumbolo, paket wisata kuliner Yogyakarta, dan paket tour Borobudur, nilai preferensi terbesar adalah alternatif keempat sebesar 1 yang artinya paket wisata kuliner Yogyakarta merupakan solusi terbaik tujuan berlibur berdasarkan pertimbangan kelima kriteria keputusan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
