Abstract

Di era 4.0, kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan menjadi tujuan utama layanan kebutuhan informasi. Penelitian pengaruh aktivitas kegiatan pustakawan dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan di era 4.0 ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Nilai kualitas layanan perpustakaan, aktivitas pustakawan dan kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan  di era 4.0; (2) Nilai signifikan dan besarnya pengaruh kualitas layanan perpustakaan dan aktivitas pustakawan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka di era 4.0 secara parsial maupun simultan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden yang diambil secara probability sampling dari pengguna perpustakan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t dan linier regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa di era 4.0, kualitas layanan perpustakaan dan aktivitas kegiatan pustakawan secara sendirian (parsial) maupun bersamaan (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan. Semakin baik kualitas layanan perpustakaan dan aktivitas kegiatan yang dilakukan pustakawan, maka kebutuhan informasi pengguna dapat terpenuhi sesuai yang diharapkan, sehingga kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan dapat terwujud dengan baik. Secara sendirian (parsial) sangat relatif dalam memberi sumbangan yaitu 83.9% untuk kualitas layanan perpustakaan dan 21.7% untuk aktivitas kegiatan pustakawan. Secara bersamaan (simultan) kualitas layanan perpustakaan dan aktivitas kegiatan pustakawan secara efektif dapat memberikan sumbangan  sebesar 61.9%, dan sisanya terdiri dari berbagai faktor lain di luar penelitian.
