Abstract

Artificial Intelligence  atau kecerdasan buatan, dewasa ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Artificial intelligence memiliki dampak terhadap kehidupan manusia di berbagai aspek. Dalam bidang perpustakaan, AI dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki pengindeksan, pencarian, dan penemuan konten, serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dengan personalisasi layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan tema, konteks, produktivitas publikasi, dan publisher yang paling banyak mengeluarkan artikel ilmiah Internasional terkait topik. Analisis bibliometrik terhadap publikasi ilmiah Internasional dapat memberikan gambaran terhadap tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelusuran pada perangkat lunak Publish or Perish yang mengakses database Google Scholar, VosViewer, dan Mendeley. VosViewer digunakan untuk menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan tema serta konteks penelitian, sementara Mendeley digunakan untuk mengorganisir dan menyaring metadata. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan terdapat 133 artikel jurnal yang sesuai dengan topik yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan publikasi tahun 2019-2023 dengan topik penelitian Artificial Intelligence mengalami peningkatan disetiap tahunnya. Publisher yang paling banyak menerbitkan artikel terkait topik adalah Springer. Pemetaan tema terkait topik menggunakan VosViewer berdasarkan kata kunci terbagi menjadi 10 cluster yaitu; Artificial Intelligence, Information System, Academic Library, Machine Learning, Library Management System, University Library, Library Operation, Innovative Library Services, Technology, dan National Library. Menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian ini, maka tren penelitian Artificial Intelligence di Perpustakaan harus lebih ditingkatkan melalui publikasi ilmiah artikel jurnal Internasional, sehingga Perpustakaan terus berkembang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi.
