Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kualitas layanan perawat RSUD. Subjek penelitian berjumlah masing-masing 12 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan antara kelompok ekperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dengan nilai t=4,847 dan nilai p=0,000. Sedangkan hasil analisis skala kualitas layanan menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kualitas layanan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dengan nilai t=3,937 dan nilai p=0,001.
