Abstract
Purpose – This research aims to analyze retail location patterns and factors that influence retail density in the Yogyakarta urban area.
Methods – The methods used in this study are cluster maps and spatial regression.
Findings – The results of the study indicate that retail density is concentrated in the Yogyakarta urban area, and population density has a significant positive effect on retail density in the Yogyakarta urban area.
Implication – The government collaborates with the private sector to build modern retail in each region, ensuring an even distribution of market development.
Originality – This study contributes to economic development policies related to retail development in urban areas.
Abstrak
Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola lokasi retail dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepadatan retail di Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta.
Metode – Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster maps dan regresi spasial.
Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan retail terkonsentrasi di Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta dan Kepadatan penduduk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepadatan retail di Kawasan Perkotaan Yogyakarta
Implikasi – Pemerintah bekerjasama dengan swasta untuk membangun retail modern di setiap wilayah agar ada pemerataan pembangunan pasar di setiap daerah.
Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi terkait pembanguan retail di kawasan perkotaan.
