Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the improvement of non-communicable disease services for hypertension and the dynamics of BOK fund distribution in community health centers in Gunungkidul Regency.
Methods – The analysis method used in this study is sequential explanatory or a mixed method consisting of two stages of analysis, namely quantitative analysis of panel data followed by qualitative analysis of FGD.
Findings – The results of quantitative analysis using multiple regression show that the variables of human resources, compliance, and trained health workers have a significant effect, while the variable of BOK funds does not have a significant effect on hypertension patient services in Gunungkidul Regency.
Implication – The use of BOK funds is structured and aligned with the disease burden capacity covered by community health centers.
Originality – This study contributes to the management of BOK funds allocated to community health centers in Gunungkidul District.


Abstrak
Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peningkatan pelayanan penyakit tidak menular, khususnya hipertensi, serta dinamika penyaluran dana BOK di puskesmas di Kabupaten Gunungkidul.
Metode – Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sequential Explanatory atau metode campuran yang terdiri dari dua tahap analisis, yaitu analisis kuantitatif data panel dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis kualitatif melalui FGD.
Temuan – Hasil analisis kuantitatif menggunakan multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa variabel SDM, Patuh dan Nakes Diklat berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel dana BOK tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelayanan pasien hipertensi di Kabupaten Gunungkidul.
Implikasi – Pemanfaatan dana BOK perlu diarahkan secara terstruktur dan sesuai dengan kapasitas serta beban penyakit yang menjadi tanggungan puskesmas.
Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap manajemen kebijakan dana BOK yang dialokasikan ke Puskesmas di Kabupaten Gunungkidul.
