Abstract
Tulisan ini bermaksud memetakan po/a-po/a pengembangan psikologi
lsfami yang tel ah dan mungkin dikembangkan oleh para pemikir psikologi
lslami. Secara umum, po/a pengembangan psikologi fs/ami dapat
dibedakan menjadi empat, yaitu (1) psikologi moderen menjelaskan
Islam, (2) perbandingan psikologi moderen dan Islam, (3) Islam menilai
psikologi moderen, (4) pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan lslami tentang
manusia, 'ilm al-nats. berdasarkan sumber·sumber formal /slam.
Menu rut penufis, po/a yang paling strategis untuk dikembangkan adalah
po/a keempat
