Abstract
Salah satu dalam menyusun strategi pendidikan karakter anak di sekolah adalah dengan tersistematisnya kegiatan ko-kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Hal ini, perlu adanya dukungan dengan perangkat pedoman pelaksanaan, pengembangan kapastitas sumber daya manusia serta revitalisasi kegiatan menuju pengembangan karakter. Setiap anak yang dilahirkan membawa potensinya masing masing. Agar potensi anak dapat dikembangkan, maka perlu dilakukan penggalian potensi terhadap anak dengan strategi holistik. Ada 2 metode dalalam penganbidian ini, yakni metode parenting dan metode pembinaan potensi anak. Melalui matode parenting ini, orangtua dan guru akan saling membangun komunikasi yang lebih insentif serta dapat bekerjasama. Kedua,Melalui kegiatan pembinaan pidato. Hasil dalam pengabdian ini anak muncul rasa keberanian untuk tampil di depan public, memiliki rasa kepercayaan diri, menghapuskan rasa minder dan malu serta memupuk semangat untuk melakukan dakwah Islamiyah sejak dini, sehingga secara perlahan terbentuk kepribadiannya menjadi anak yang berkarakter Islami.
