Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk, Medan, yang berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikan 5%.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, yaitu supervisi dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Ramayana Lestari sentosa Tbk, Medan. Dalam pengujian analisis linier berganda diketahui bahwa variabel supervisi dan pengembangan karier secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan nilai R Square sebesar 78,0% kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel supervisi dan pengembangan karir sedangkan sisanya 22% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain.
