Abstract
PT AIM Safety Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor penjualan alat-alat Safety seperti helm, masker, kacamata, bodyharness, earmuff dan lain sebagainya. Penurunan keputusan pembelian terlihat dari menurunnya penjualan produk Safety merek Proguard yang disebabkan oleh harga dan kualitas produk yang menurun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory.
