Abstract
Telah dilakukan kajian penentuan logam berat dengan atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) menggunakan metode solid phase extraction (SPE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan logam berat tembaga (Cu) kadmium (Cd), dan timbal (Pb) dengan AAS menggunakan metode solid phase extraction (SPE) dapat dilakukan dengan adsorben kitin terimobilisasi ditizon. Adsorbsi logam tembaga (Cu) dan cadmium (Cd) optimum pada pH maksimal 6 sedangkan adsorbsi logam timbal (Pb) optimum pada pH maksimal 5. Penentuan logam tembaga (Cu) menggunakan metode solid phase extraction (SPE) dapat optimum dengan faktor pemekatan 4 kali dengan recovery 100 %, sedangkan logam kadmium (Cd) dapat optimum dengan faktor pemekatan 1,37 kali dan recovery 34 % dan timbal (Pb) optimum dengan faktor pemekatan 2,90 kali dan 72 %.
