Abstract
ABSTRACT: Burnout remains a prevalent challenge among female employees managing both professional and caregiving roles. Addressing this issue, the present study examined the impact of task management training on reducing burnout symptoms. Using a one-group pretest–posttest design, nine participants attended four online training sessions of 90 minutes each, focusing on time management, task prioritization, and the use of digital tools. Burnout was measured using the adapted Maslach Burnout Inventory–General Survey (MBI-GS). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, revealing a significant decrease in overall burnout (p = 0.007, r = 0.79), particularly in the personal accomplishment dimension. These findings suggest that structured task management training can enhance employees’ sense of control and achievement. However, the small sample size and absence of a control group limit generalizability. The results highlight the potential of task management interventions as a supportive approach to mitigating burnout among women balancing multiple roles.
