Abstract
Kematian mendadak saat berolahraga sering terjadi akibat kurangnya pemantauan kondisi tubuh secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang IoT-Based Sport Health Assistant untuk memonitor kesehatan saat berolahraga dengan mengukur detak jantung, suhu tubuh, dan kadar oksigen (SpO₂) secara langsung selama aktivitas fisik. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor MAX30100 untuk detak jantung dan SpO₂, serta sensor MLX90614 untuk suhu tubuh. Data dikirim secara berkala ke server Node.js, disimpan dalam database PostgreSQL, dan ditampilkan dalam grafik pada aplikasi berbasis web. Prototipe dirancang portabel dan dapat dipasang di lengan menggunakan armband. Pengujian dilakukan pada 10 subjek berusia 18–30 tahun dengan membandingkan hasil alat dengan alat medis standar seperti oxymeter dan termometer inframerah. Hasil ketiga sensor (detak jantung, oksigen, suhu) memiliki p-value > 0.05, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan baik. Prototipe ini dapat menjadi solusi awal dalam upaya pencegahan risiko kesehatan saat berolahraga.
