Abstract
Djatayou merupakan upaya untuk melestarikan kembali kebudayaan Indonesia yaitu pewayangan Jawa melalui jam tangan dengan pilihan 3 strap yang berasal dari limbah Industri yaitu kayu, kain, dan Limbah. Unsur pewayangan jawa yang ditampilkan adalah senjata tokoh pewayangannya yaitu busur gandhiwa, panah pasopati, dan cakra sudarsana. Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kawasan sentra industri pengrajin dan penjahit sehingga banyak hasil limbah yang dihasilkan dari perindustriannya. Pemanfaatan limbah kayu, kulit, dan kain dapat dijadikan strap jam tangan Djatayou. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan penempatan sumberdaya, spesifikasi produk, serta marketing mix. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu tercipta jam tangan kayu desain pewayangan Jawa multistrap 3 in 1. Produk Djatayou sudah terjual sebanyak 7 produk dengan total keuntungan 2.726.383 Penjualan produk Djatayou diberbagai wilayah Indonesia maupun pengembangan ke wilayah ASEAN. Potensi khusus dari laporan ini. Djatayou telah melakukan publikasi melalui Jogjapaper dan mengajukan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
