Abstract
Memasuki tahun kedua pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan para remaja mengalami stres akademik. Stres akademik merupakan suatu gangguan yang penyebabnya merupakan tekanan dari kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan studi literatur dengan objek remaja. Stres akademik yang dialami remaja dapat diatasi dengan terapi sabar.
