Abstract

Salah satu tolak ukur dari kesehatan mental seseorang adalah subjective well-being. Penelitian menemukan bahwa religiusitas islam dan ibadah memberikan pengaruh terhadap subjective well-being seseorang. Melihat pentingnya bulan ramadhan serta perintah untuk meningkatkan ibadah pada bulan tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui apakah terdapat peningkatan subjective well-being responden setelah menjalani bulan ramadhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah ramadhan. Terdapat dua alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) dan Positive Affect Negatife Affect Scale (PANAS) yang diisi oleh 28 responden mahasiswa Universitas Islam Indonesia. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan aplikasi JASP 0.16.3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan subjective well-being responden setelah menjalani puasa ramadhan.
