Presentation Guidelines

 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  1. The presenter must attend the conference programe.
  2. For oral presentations, you can send the presentation files to the committee at the conference on September 23, 2025.
  3. Presentations are scheduled in conjunction with other sessions in the conference program.
  4. Presentation duration: 7 minutes available, followed by a 3-minute question and answer session.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

  1. Poster dimensions 60 x 160 cm using a X-banner stand (provided by participants)

  4. Posters must be brought for offline presentations and submitted for online presentations to the committee at the conference on September 23, 2025.
  5. For participants delivering online presentations, posters must be created with a 4:5 aspect ratio, in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format, and with high resolution.
  6. Participants presenting online posters are required to upload their poster files via the following link: [upload here].
  7. The committee is not responsible for any undesirable things related to the poster display after the conference is over.

 

PLENARY SESSION

  1. Participants must register before heading to the conference room.
  2. All participants must dress modestly.
  3. Cameras and microphones must be turned off during the session but may be turned on at the presenter's or moderator's request.
  4. Participants are allowed to ask questions during the discussion session, and the moderator will organize a question-and-answer session at the end of each session.

 

PARALEL SESSIONS

  1. Orall presenters will be divided into room meetings. Please see your room in the conference program.
  2. Participants who will deliver oral presentations are required to submit their presentation files via the following link: [upload here].
  3. The session starts from 1.00 PM until 4.00 PM and will be opened by the invited speaker session.
  4. The moderator will open the session with a greeting and introduce the invited speaker.
  5. The invited speaker has a maximum of 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of discussion.
  6. For oral presentation, which has 7 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of discussion.
  7. The moderator will take a picture at the end of the session.
  8. At the end of the session, the moderator announces to the presenter to join the main room for award appreciation and closing remarks.
