Presentation Guidelines
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- The presenter must attend the conference programe.
- For oral presentations, you can send the presentation files to the committee at the conference on September 23, 2025.
- Presentations are scheduled in conjunction with other sessions in the conference program.
- Presentation duration: 7 minutes available, followed by a 3-minute question and answer session.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- Poster dimensions 60 x 160 cm using a X-banner stand (provided by participants)

- Posters must be brought for offline presentations and submitted for online presentations to the committee at the conference on September 23, 2025.
- For participants delivering online presentations, posters must be created with a 4:5 aspect ratio, in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format, and with high resolution.
- Participants presenting online posters are required to upload their poster files via the following link: [upload here].
- The committee is not responsible for any undesirable things related to the poster display after the conference is over.
PLENARY SESSION
- Participants must register before heading to the conference room.
- All participants must dress modestly.
- Cameras and microphones must be turned off during the session but may be turned on at the presenter's or moderator's request.
- Participants are allowed to ask questions during the discussion session, and the moderator will organize a question-and-answer session at the end of each session.
PARALEL SESSIONS
- Orall presenters will be divided into room meetings. Please see your room in the conference program.
- Participants who will deliver oral presentations are required to submit their presentation files via the following link: [upload here].
- The session starts from 1.00 PM until 4.00 PM and will be opened by the invited speaker session.
- The moderator will open the session with a greeting and introduce the invited speaker.
- The invited speaker has a maximum of 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of discussion.
- For oral presentation, which has 7 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of discussion.
- The moderator will take a picture at the end of the session.
- At the end of the session, the moderator announces to the presenter to join the main room for award appreciation and closing remarks.
