Abstract
Sampai dewasa ini masyarakat luas bukana saja mempersoalkan prelaksanaan krepastian dan keadilan hukum, lebih dari itu, mereka juga mempermasalahkannya rumusan substansi dqan landasan pemikiran yang dipergunakan untuk menciptakan serta menetapkan tujuan hukum. Masih dipersoalkan fungsi atau penggunaan hukum di satu pihak, dan pihak lain masih diperdebatkan filosofi yang berada dibalik produk hukum.
