Introduction
ISCE (International Seminar on Chemical Education) aims to explore and develop the concept of learning, innovation and building competences in the field of chemistry education. The objective of ISCE is to stimulate the establishment of knowledge-based strategies. The goal is to stimulate teaching development in Senior High School and Higher Education. The idea is to bring together interesting issues about what is going on development of chemistry education learning method in 21st century to face industrial revolution 4.0. After success in the 1st and 2nd international seminar on chemical education 2017. This year we will hold on the 3rd international seminar on chemical education 2019 (3rd ISCE 2019) with focus on:
"Trends, Applications, Changes in Chemical Education for the 4.0 Industrial Revolution"
