Abstract
Keadilan merupakan “jantung”-nya sistem kompensasi. Keadilan dalam kompensasi dapat dibedakan 3 (tiga) yaitu: keadilan individual, keadilan internal dan keadilan eksternal. Apabila terjadi ketidakadilan maka akan berdampak pada menurunnya daya tarik pekerjaan, yang pada akhirnya akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya perputaran karyawan, ketidakpuasan terhadap pekerjaan maupun absensi.
