The results show Soft Service Quality positively influence on Excellent Performance Perceptions and Trust. Meanwhile, Excellent Performance Perceptions positively influence on Trust, and Trust positively influence on Loyalty. When Trust as mediating, the study examines that Relationship Quality indirectly positively influence on Loyalty.
