Abstract
Pendidikan karakter dewasa ini menjadi pembahasan yang tak kunjung reda dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan. Kurikulum yang diajarkan di berbagai lembaga pendidikan menyisipkan karakter sebagai bahan ajar yang ditanamkan pada peserta didik, lebih dari itu di beberapa lembaga pendidikan Islam, pendidikan karakter diorgansasi dan diintegrasikan dalam aktivitas siswa. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk melihat pengelolaan “manajemen” pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan di TK BIAS Palagan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menghimpun data adalah metode wawancara dan dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa TK BIAS Palagan melakukan manejemen pendidikan karakter dengan skema; 1). perumusan model pembelajaran berbasis karakter, 2). sosialisasi model pembelajaran kepada wali pada forum stadium general, sedangkan sosialisasi kepada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dilakukan mingguna dan kondisional, 3). pelakasanaan pembelajaran berbasis karakter 4). kontrol pelaksanaan program yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dan wali murid di bawah naungan kepala sekolah.
