Abstract
Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya beban depresi sebagai gangguan mental global yang terus meningkat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, serta kebutuhan mendesak akan pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap terapi digital sebagai solusi aksesibel tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Kajian ini memuat rangkuman intisari dari literatur keluaran 2020–2025 yang membahas tentang terapi digital untuk depresi. Proses kajian dilakukan dengan mencari literatur yang membahas tentang terapi digital untuk depresi dalam lima sampai enam tahun terakhir, lalu dianalisis menurut platform teknologi, jenis terapi, dan karakteristik penyampaian. Tinjauan ini mengidentifikasi CBT sebagai jenis terapi yang paling sering diterapkan, aplikasi mobile sebagai platform teknologi yang paling dominan, dan karakteristik pendekatan mandiri sebagai yang paling umum.
