Abstract

ABSTRACT


Kajian tentang motivasi perjalanan telah mendapatkan banyak perhatian pada literatur sebelumnya, termasuk pada literatur manajemen. PEnelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara K-pop, Kedekatan budaya, dan Ketelibatan Jangka Panjang terhadap Motivasi bepergian penggemar K-pop di Indonesia. Total 200 kuesioner disebarkan dan diisi oleh responden yang merupakan penggemar K-pop. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria penggemar Kpop di Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik, uji kualitas data menggunkan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier, serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) K-pop berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi perjalanan, (2) kedekatan abadi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi perjalanan, dan (3) keterlibatan jangka panjang berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi perjalanan.
