Journal Description
Selekta Manajemen: Jurnal Mahasiswa Bisnis & Manajemen (Journal Initials: Selma, E-ISSN: 2829-7547) is a bimonthly scholarly journal concerning students works in science of business and management. This journal specifically aims to pool high-quality works of students in business and management. It receives scholarly articles stemmed from, but not limited to, a research-based thesis, business design-based thesis, and internship-based thesis. All topics in business and management are welcomed.
Selekta Manajemen: Jurnal Mahasiswa Bisnis & Manajemen is published by Department of Management, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Islam Indonesia. Although deliberately intended for student's works, the peer-review process is applied and ethical consideration is in our best interest.

Selekta Manajemen: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen is a bimonthly scholarly journal concerning students works in science of business and management. The journal welcomes contribution in the following topics:

- Other Business-Related Issues
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind review process, through an online system. The review process takes 1-7 days, and its primary focus is the novelty of the manuscripts and their contributions to the field of business and management science.
Peer review procedures
- The corresponding author submits the manuscript through Selma's online system
- The Selma Editor Board will identify the quality of manuscript and the possibility of cases of scientific misconduct including authorship, ownership, and plagiarism.
- The Editor Board notifies the submissions and informs the authors if the papers are suitable for the journals. Therefore, the manuscript will be sent to two reviewers for reviewing process.
- All of the contributions of the Selma are subject to a double-blind peer-review, which means that neither the author(s) nor the reviewers know the identity of the other.
- At least two reviewers review every submitted paper. The review process is an online process and contains a clear referees' statements concerning paper's publishing approval or its rejection
- In case of minor revisions, the article is sent to the author(s) together with a referees opinions. The authors are asked to respond to the referees' comments and make the appropriate adjustments in the text. Then, the authors send back the corrected version.
- The Editorial Board makes the final decision on publication.
Article Processing Charges
Article processing charges are nill. Author(s) does(do) not have to pay for submission to Selekta Manajemen: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen. Selekta Manajemen: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen is fully funded by Department of Management, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Islam Indonesia.
Publication Frequency
This journal publishes a bimonthly issue.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Plagiarism Check
All article submitted to Selekta Manajemen: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen is subject to plagiarism check. Selekta Manajemen uses TurnItIn to check plagiarism with a rigid rule that only article with less than 20% similirity index is accepted for journal.
