Abstract

E-money berfungsi sebagai metode pembayaran digital yang menyimpan nilai moneter dalam format elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat dan perilaku pembayaran non-tunai di antara mahasiswa Universitas Islam Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan model unified theory of acceptance and use of technology  2 (UTAUT 2). Kerangka UTAUT 2 mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti niat perilaku, perilaku penggunaan, ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi fasilitasi, motivasi hedonik, nilai harga, dan kebiasaan dalam menilai minat dan perilaku pembayaran non-tunai. Metodologi penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner Google Form online dengan sampel sebanyak 220 partisipan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, motivasi hedonik, dan kebiasaan secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi minat menggunakan e-money. Selain itu, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitasi memberikan dampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik dalam membentuk minat menggunakan e-money. Selain itu, kondisi fasilitasi dan niat perilaku secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi perilaku penggunaan e-money.
