Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 101 karyawan, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Cirebon. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja serta kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta terbukti memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dengan berorientasi pada peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan, karena motivasi kerja terbukti memperkuat pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan.
