Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge sharing dan absortive capacity terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kemampuan inovasi pada Sentra Gudeg Wijilan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengmpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang di sebarkan secara langsung pada karyawan Sentra Gudeg Wijilan. Smapel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sentra Gudeg Wijilan yang berada di Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia yang bergerak pada bidang usaha kuliner, dan total mendapatkan 150 sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan akan membuktikan bahwa (1) knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan inovasi, (2) knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap asbortive capacity, (3) knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif teradap keunggulan bersaing, (4) kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (5) absortive capacity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.
