Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan efikasi diri terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner secara online via google form kepada 167 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Ghuroba Madani. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan second order disjoint two-stage. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun OCB di PT Ghuroba Madani. Kepuasan kerja juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB. Selain itu Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan baik antara kecerdasan spiritual maupun efikasi diri terhadap OCB dengan kategori partial mediation. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan berupa validitas diskriminan (nilai HTMT) sebagian pasangan konstruk dan reliabilitas (cronbach’s alpha) variabel efikasi diri yang belum sepenuhnya sempurna, yang diharapkan mendapatkan perhatian yang lebih pada penelitian berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PT Ghuroba Madani disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual dan efikasi diri karyawan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior karyawannya.
