Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan stres pengasuhan dan disfungsi interaksi orang tua-anak antara orang tua yang mengikuti Pendidikan Pengasuhan-Versi Pendekatan Spiritual (PP-VPS) dengan orang tua yang mengikuti Pendidikan Pengasuhan tanpa pendekatan spiritual (PP). Selama enam minggu 10 orang tua mengikuti 11 sesi PP-VPS dan 10 orang tua mengikuti 10 sesi PP tanpa pendekatan spiritual, dan mereka mengisi Parenting Stres Index-Short Form (PSI-SF Versi Indonesia, Kurniawan & Scheithauer, 2011c, α=0,82), Parent Child Dysfunctional Interaction Subscale of PSI-SF (PCDI PSI-SF Versi Indonesia, Kurniawan & Scheithauer, 2011c, α=0,77) pada saat sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pengasuhan diberikan. Hasil analisis statistik dan estimasi effect size menunjukkan PP-VPS memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam mereduksi stres pengasuhan maupun disfungsi interaksi orang tua-anak. PP-VPS mampu menjelaskan varian stres pengasuhan dan varian disfungsi interaksi orang tua anak masing-masing sebesar 26,21% dan 30,25% oleh PP-VPS.
