Abstract

Supply chain resilience atau ketahanan rantai pasok merupakan sebuah elemen penting dalam setiap elemen baik dalam perusahaan hingga UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh dari ketahanan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti berjumlah 100 UMKM yang dibagi ke dalam berbagai lini sektor usaha, dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) sebagai analisis data dan partial least square (PLS) sebagai alat bantu pengukuran. Hasil dari uji dan analisis data pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dari ketahanan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM di Kota Yogyakarta melalui beberapa variabel seperti pengaruh agility terhadap kinerja perusahaan, collaboration terhadap kinerja perusahaan, SCRM culture terhadap kinerja perusahaan, re-engineer terhadap keunggulan bersaing, collaboration terhadap keunggulan bersaing, SCRM culture terhadap keunggulan bersaing, re-engineer terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keunggulan bersaing, collaboration terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keunggulan bersaing, SCRM culture terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
