Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge management yang terhadap kinerja operasional, yang dimediasi oleh inovasi (inovasi proses dan inovasi produk). Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah UMKM di bidang Food & Baverage yang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 290 UMKM. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara survei online melalui google form. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi produk, knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi proses, knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional, inovasi produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional, inovasi proses berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional, knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional yang dimediasi oleh inovasi produk, knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional yang dimediasi oleh inovasi proses.
